Frequently asked questions
~/faqAnswers to the questions we are asked most often.
01How much does a website from ASAS-IT cost?
A starter website (one-pager) starts at €990, a business website with up to 5 pages at €1,890. Online shops and custom applications start at €3,490. You receive the exact price after the free initial consultation.
02Can I edit the content of my website myself?
Yes. For occasional changes we use a headless CMS that lets you update texts and images easily. If you want to manage everything yourself, we can build your site with WordPress on request.
03How does working together work?
In four steps: initial consultation, concept & quote, implementation with ongoing feedback, and finally launch & support.
04What happens after launch?
If you wish, we continue to look after your site: hosting, updates, backups and monitoring – for example in the Hosting & Maintenance package for €49 per month.
05Where is my data stored?
Our servers are located in Germany.
06Do you also come on site?
Yes, within about 30–50 km of Oberursel – that is, Hochtaunus, Frankfurt and Rhine-Main. Travel is free up to 20 km, after that we charge €0.50 per kilometre. We support web projects throughout Germany and abroad via online meetings and phone.
07Do you offer a 24/7 emergency service?
No. We deliberately do not offer contracts with guaranteed 24/7 response times. You will, however, get a fast and personal reply – by phone, email or WhatsApp.
08Do you work with English- or Italian-speaking clients?
Yes. Letizia Wisner speaks fluent English and Italian and is your contact for this.
09Why is there no VAT on your invoices?
ASAS-IT is a small business under German tax law. In accordance with § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged.
10My requirement is not on your list – what now?
Talk to us. We check feasibility and timeframe and tell you honestly whether we have done it before or need to get up to speed first.
